We have specific requirements for shipping luggage for us to repair. Please follow our guidelines to make the repair process go faster.

Warranty / Non-warranty repair procedure:

• Luggage or stroller must be sent in a box.
• Name, address, phone number and e-mail are required.
• Brief description of damage, placed inside the box.
• If a "RUSH," please note the date the repair is needed.
• Ship package prepaid via U.S. Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex.
• Or drop by our store.
