I had an expensive speciality bag (for motorcycle racing gear) with broken straps.  It would have cost me plenty to replace it, plus this one has a lot of special memories for me.   They good people here ordered some special strap material matching the original and made it look as good as new, plus much stronger.  Excellent work for a fair price.

Broken zipper on little-used carry on.  Called two other repair shops recommended by manufacturer and was told 3 - 5 weeks to get a look at it.  TC Carrol said “less than a week.”  I mailed it over on Tuesday and it was brought back by FedEx on Saturday.  NO CHARGE TO ME!   I’m sure it was a simple fix for them and the warranty covered costs - but what great and fast service.  I’ll be using them again if needed and certainly spread the word of my great experience!

I am so pleased with the service I received for my recent Briggs & Riley bag repair.  While the location is not convenient for me,I made an adventure of it. Dropped the bag Saturday for repair and got a text Wed pm that it was done.

I was picking up today on way to the airport for another flight (kismet timing!) but traffic was a nightmare due to an accident, said I would arrive 15min after 4pm, their typical closing time. The team said, "no problem, we will be here!"

Picked up and yay, happy to be reunited with my bag. Great service and business!!

Very helpful staff at this luggage repair business. They fixed our spinner wheels quickly and for a reasonable price. I considered ordering wheels online, but the carryon was old, and Samsonite no longer carries the specific wheels.

TW carrol also has a good selection of new and used luggage for purchase and very nice carryon backpacks.

They fixed the retractable handles on my favorite carry-on for only $49 including replacement parts! Retractable handle was previously stuck easily and missing the left bar entirely. The people running the business are also some of the nicest customer facing people I have met, highly recommend!

Old school approach. Repair store first (4-star). Retail prices are no better than mall-based stores (3-star). Need to change my repair rating to 5-star...they did a fantastic job repairing my piece of luggage. They suggested a less expensive option than a complete zipper replacement and shipped the suitcase home. Excellent customer service.
